Notes

  • Use freshly ground coffee beans for best results
  • Milk should be steamed to 150-155°F (65-68°C)
  • Whole milk creates the best texture
  • Can be made with alternative milks (oat, almond, soy)
  • Standard ratio is 1/3 espresso to 2/3 steamed milk
  • A thin layer of microfoam should top the drink
  • Can be served hot or over ice
