Notes
- Use freshly ground coffee beans for best results
- Milk should be steamed to 150-155°F (65-68°C)
- Whole milk creates the best texture
- Can be made with alternative milks (oat, almond, soy)
- Standard ratio is 1/3 espresso to 2/3 steamed milk
- A thin layer of microfoam should top the drink
- Can be served hot or over ice
