Ingredients
- 45ml white rum
- 15ml lime juice
- 30ml demerara sugar syrup
- Garnish: lime twist
Instructions
- Add rum, lime juice, and demerara sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker
- Fill shaker with ice
- Shake well until chilled
- Strain into a martini glass (no ice)
