Dirty Martini
A classic cocktail variation that adds olive brine to the traditional martini for a savory twist.

Ingredients
- 50ml Sipsmith® London Dry Gin (or other quality gin)
- 10-15ml dry vermouth
- 2 barspoons olive brine
- 2-3 olives for garnish
Instructions
- Fill mixing glass with ice
- Add gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine
- Stir for 21 seconds (Four Seasons Restaurant tradition)
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with olives
Notes
- Use high-quality gin for best results
- Adjust olive brine to taste
- Traditional garnish is an odd number of olives
- Can be made “extra dirty” with more olive brine
- Always serve in a chilled glass
- The 21-second stir is a classic technique for perfect dilution
