Iced Latte

A refreshing cold coffee drink made with cold brew coffee and chilled milk.

Ingredients

  • French Press Coffee Maker
  • 100g coarse ground coffee (recommended: Blue Tokai Attikan Estate)
  • 700g water (1:7 ratio)
  • Cold milk
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Make cold brew:

    • Add coarse ground coffee to French press
    • Add water (1:7 ratio)
    • Plunge filter just above coffee grounds (should not touch)
    • Refrigerate for 18-20 hours
  2. Filter and store:

    • After steeping, filter coffee through V60 Hario
    • Store filtered coffee separately
  3. Assemble drink:

    • Fill glass with ice
    • Add 200ml cold brew coffee
    • Add 30ml simple syrup
    • Top with chilled milk
    • Serve with steel straw

Notes

  • Use coarse ground coffee for best results
  • Cold brew can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week
  • Adjust milk and syrup to taste
  • Can be made with alternative milks
  • Best served in a tall glass
