Kamikaze

A classic cocktail that perfectly balances vodka, orange liqueur, and fresh lime juice.

Ingredients

• 45ml vodka
• 30ml triple sec or Cointreau
• 30ml fresh lime juice
• Ice for shaking
• Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add vodka, triple sec, and lime juice
3. Shake vigorously until well-chilled
4. Strain into a chilled martini or margarita glass
5. Garnish with lime wedge

Notes

• Use fresh lime juice for best results
• Serve straight up (no ice in glass)
• Can be served as shots in shot glasses
• Chill glass before serving
• Triple sec can be replaced with Cointreau for a premium version
