Mimosa
A classic brunch cocktail combining champagne and orange juice, optionally enhanced with a splash of triple sec.

Ingredients
- Equal parts chilled champagne and orange juice
- Splash of triple sec (optional)
- Fresh mint or fruit for garnish
- Frozen fruit for chilling (optional)
Instructions
- Pour equal parts champagne and orange juice into a champagne flute
- Add a splash of triple sec if desired
- Stir gently to combine
- Garnish with mint or fresh fruit
- Optionally add frozen fruit to chill

Cranberry Mimosa:
- Use cranberry juice instead of orange juice

- Combine apricot nectar, pineapple nectar, orange juice and champagne

- Mix guava juice and champagne
- Garnish with maraschino cherries
Notes
- Use chilled ingredients for best results
- Choose dry sparkling wine (not too sweet)
- Fresh-squeezed orange juice preferred
- Can use Cava or Prosecco instead of champagne
- For large groups, can be made in punch bowl
