Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 800g mutton
- 750g onions (8 medium sized)
- 2-3 medium tomatoes
- 4 green chillies
- 6 tablespoons desi ghee
- Salt to taste
Whole Spices
- 5-6 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 black cardamom
- 6 black peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 whole red chillies
Ground Spices
- 3 tbsp meat masala
- 2 tbsp red chilli powder (1 tbsp for marination + 1 tsp in gravy)
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
