Ingredients
- 100g chicken salami
- 1 slice cheese
- 10g pepper mayonnaise
- 3g French mustard
- 20g tomato, sliced
- 10g lettuce
- 1g crushed black pepper
- 5g salt
- 2 slices whole wheat bread

Prepare spread:
- Spread French mustard on one bread slice
- Spread mayonnaise on the other slice

- Place lettuce on one bread slice
- Add cheese slice
- Layer chicken salami
- Add tomato slices
- Season with salt and crushed pepper
