Ingredients

  • 100g chicken salami
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 10g pepper mayonnaise
  • 3g French mustard
  • 20g tomato, sliced
  • 10g lettuce
  • 1g crushed black pepper
  • 5g salt
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread

Instructions

  1. Prepare spread:

    • Spread French mustard on one bread slice
    • Spread mayonnaise on the other slice
  2. Layer ingredients:

    • Place lettuce on one bread slice
    • Add cheese slice
    • Layer chicken salami
    • Add tomato slices
    • Season with salt and crushed pepper
  3. Finish sandwich:

    • Top with second bread slice
    • Cut diagonally into triangles
    • Serve immediately
