Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie
A healthy and filling breakfast smoothie combining the goodness of oats with fresh strawberries and banana.

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1/4 cup old fashioned or instant oats
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 cup milk (regular, almond, rice, hemp, soy, or coconut)
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into blender
- Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and well combined
- Serve immediately for best results
Notes
- Use frozen fruit for a thicker smoothie
- Can adjust milk quantity for desired consistency
- Any type of milk works well
- Honey can be adjusted or omitted based on fruit sweetness
- Chia seeds add extra nutrition and thickness
- Best consumed immediately
- Can use steel-cut oats but may need longer blending time
