Ingredients
Fresh Produce
- 3 Bosc pears (8-ounce each), firm but ripe
- Peeled, cored, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup white onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1 large serrano or jalapeño chili with seeds, minced
Seasonings
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Peel, core, and finely chop pears
- Finely chop onion
- Chop herbs
- Mince chili

Notes
- Can be made 3 hours ahead and chilled (cover well)
- Use firm but ripe pears for best texture
- Adjust chili amount for desired heat level
